Dark blue heavyweight card with paper spine strip. With 12 black and white illustrations, All four maps in the text and four large original foldouts present and in good condition.

The 20th Light Division formed part of the 2nd Kitchener 'New' Army, sometimes known as K2. Designated 'Light' because it was formed from Service battalions of Rifle and Light Infantry Regiments..

The Division, after training was sent to the Western Front, where it served during the whole of its overseas war service, including The Somme, Third Ypres, The German advance in Spring 1918 and the 100 days.

Binding is tight front and back. spine is faded but front and back boards are bright and good. Slight foxing to first few pages and page ends. There is one other copy for sale on ebay for £75... This one is £45 because of the wear to left side of spine on back cover board - see picture.
