Our returns policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused, still sealed in its original wrapper and in the same condition that you received it. If your book has obvious signs of use, we may only offer you a partial refund. The amount of refund will be equal to the purchase price of the goods.
Postage Cost Refunds
The cost of postage will be met by you in both directions, if there is no fault with the products. If the product is faulty, the postage of a replacement product will be paid for by König Books. The return postage of the faulty product back to König Books, will be paid for by König Books, and you will be refunded by the amount you have paid to return it.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your credit card. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is visible in your account.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and you will be provided with an address to return the item.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product if it is not faulty. you should complete a Contact Us ticket with the reasons for your return, and address will be notified to you for the return.
For non-faulty items, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping or postage costs for returning your item. In this case, neither of these costs will be refundable. If you receive a refund for the item, the cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, but we will inform you of the date of despatch and we will have a proof of posting. We may also choose to use a ‘Signed For’ postal service to ensure that your replacement item has been delivered, in time, and in good condition.
If you are returning an item of value or extreme rarity; or for any item costing more than £50; you should use a trackable courier or Signed-For postage service or purchase the relevant amount of postage or shipping insurance. Otherwise, there are no guarantees that we will receive your returned item.
